A graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and with a postgraduate degree in Land Use Planning, Urban Planning and Environmental Law from CEDOUA at the University of Coimbra, she is a lawyer since 2000.

 

She began her career at Morais Leitão, where she was part of the Public, Administrative and Urban Planning Law team for 15 years, serving as Senior Associate until 2013.

 

She subsequently developed the Public Law area at PLEN and, between 2018 and 2021, worked in the Project Monitoring Technical Unit (UTAP), under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance.

 

In 2022, she joined Deloitte Legal, where she created and coordinated the Urban Planning Law area until 2025.

 

She has consolidated experience in the areas of Public Law and Land Use and Urban Planning Law, providing regular legal advice to both public and private entities.

 

Throughout her career, she has also gained significant experience in litigation and holds a postgraduate degree in this area.
